What is your return policy?
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Email cs@toddlrindia.com with your order number and we will arrange a pickup from your address.
Returns for a damaged, defective or wrong item are completely free. For any other reason, the actual courier cost of the return is deducted from your refund, and we tell you that amount before the pickup.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and check the returned item, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
When will I get my order?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your pin code. You will get a tracking link by email or SMS as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order across India. There is no minimum order value.
Do you ship outside India?
At the moment we ship only within India.
