Return and Refund

At Toddlr India, customer satisfaction is our priority. We're here to make returns and refunds simple and stress-free.

Returns eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoices must be included

Returns will not be accepted for products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personal care products
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
  • Used or washed products

Return process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@toddlrindia.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will guide you through the return steps
  3. Once approved, you can ship the product back to us or arrange pickup (if available)

Refund policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.

Exchange policy

We currently offer exchanges only in cases of:

  • Damaged products received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Size issues (if applicable)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for exchange requests.

International returns

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location
