Returns at toddlr are simple. You have 15 days, and if something arrived damaged or wrong, the return is on us.
Returns eligibility
You can return an item if:
- You request the return within 15 days of delivery
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- It is in its original packaging, with the invoice or proof of purchase
Returns will not be accepted for items damaged through misuse or improper handling.
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page
- Used items or items with missing pieces
Return process
- Email cs@toddlrindia.com with your order number and the reason for the return
- We confirm the return and arrange a courier pickup from your address
- Once the item reaches us and passes inspection, we process your refund
Refund policy
We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
- The amount goes back to your original payment method
Damaged or wrong item
If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video. We will send a replacement or give a full refund, and the return pickup is free.
Return shipping costs
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: free return pickup, paid by toddlr
- Any other reason: the actual courier cost of the return is deducted from your refund. We tell you this amount before scheduling the pickup.
