Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on toddlr’s official website (www.toddlrindia.com) and governs how we process, ship, and deliver your orders within India.

1. Shipping locations

  • We currently ship to most serviceable pin codes across India through our trusted courier partners.

  • If your pin code is not serviceable, you will see an error at checkout or our team will contact you to cancel and refund the order (for prepaid orders).

2. Order processing time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen operational issues, processing times may be slightly longer; any material delays will be communicated by email or SMS where possible.

3. Delivery timelines

  • Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.

  • Metro and Tier 1 cities may receive delivery sooner, while remote or out-of-delivery-area locations may take longer.

  • All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed commitments; delays may occur due to courier constraints, weather, festivals, or other factors beyond toddlr’s control.

4. Shipping charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping above a certain order value or as part of promotional campaigns; such offers will be clearly mentioned on the website or promotional material.

  • Any additional charges (such as remote area surcharges) applicable by the courier may be reflected in the shipping cost shown at checkout.

5. Cash on delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available for select pin codes and order values, subject to courier partner coverage and our internal risk checks.

  • Additional COD fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • toddlr reserves the right to disable COD for specific accounts, high-value orders, or locations in case of repeated cancellations, RTOs (return-to-origin), or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Order tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with the tracking ID and courier details, which you can use to track your shipment on the courier’s website.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch, depending on the courier system update cycles.

7. Delivery attempts

  • Our courier partners will usually make up to 2–3 delivery attempts to your shipping address.

  • If the order cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or failure to accept/collect the package, the shipment may be returned to us and treated as an undelivered order.

  • In such cases, we may deduct the two-way shipping and handling charges from any applicable refund for prepaid orders, as per our refund policy.

8. Address accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including house number, building name, street, locality, city, state, and pin code.

  • toddlr is not liable for non-delivery or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details or recipient unavailability.

9. Damaged, tampered, or missing items

  • If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or partially open, please refuse delivery and immediately inform us at cs@toddlrindia.com with your order details and supporting photos/videos.

  • If you discover any damage, missing items, or wrong products after accepting delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order at cs@toddlrindia.com so that we can investigate with the courier and assist you as per our refund/return policy.

10. International shipping

  • At present, toddlr ships only within India and does not offer international shipping unless explicitly stated on the product or checkout page.

  • Any future change in international shipping availability will be updated in this policy.

11. Policy updates

  • toddlr may update or modify this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business, logistics partners, or legal requirements.

  • The updated policy will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date, and the version in force at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.
